Thermo-Diffusion Zinc Coating is a non-toxic, environment friendly unique zinc powder coating process involving a new application technology developed by Juran. Designed to protect steel and pig iron from corrosion, trials show it to be effective for up to 1500 hours in a salt spray chamber.

The process creates a uniform coating that requires no mechanical or further treatment. Forming a thin coating that perfectly adheres without changing surface contours, the process is suitable even for small to medium metal parts with detailed configuration. Due to its low saturation temperatures, it can be performed on parts with previously thermo-executed or elastic steel fabricated details.
